Logic ( from the Greek λογική logikē) is the formal systematic study of the principles of valid inference and correct reasoning. Logic examines general forms which arguments may take, which forms are valid, and which are fallacies. Logic is studied in argumentation theory and rhetoric. Logic was established as a discipline in philosophy by Aristotle.

So… CommonLAWgic, nowadays, addresses Common Logic from the perspective of law, as systematic study of fairly balanced, inclusive and sustainable solutions from and for the shipping sector, as a result of interaction with society.

CommonLAWgic serves as the ‘motivating force’, inspiring and coordinating an interlinked network of independent personalities and legal entities on common sustainability goals and projects.

Our non-profit voluntary network is directed by a Core team serving at the Executive Board. Experts from various fields that occasionally offer their valuable expert opinion, consist the Advisory Board and Associate Members.

Our Corporate Members, Affiliates, Supporters are the recipients of CommonLAWgic services.

Executive tasks are served by Yanna Pavlopoulou, Founding President and Managing Director, Vera Alexandropoulou, Secretary and Chief Legal Counsel and Zacharias Tsagkas, as Treasurer.

Konstantinos Aravossis, acts as Chairman of the Advisory Board. Advisors participate ad hoc according to the needs.
